Coolest Mr. & Mrs. Pac Man DIY Halloween Couple Costumes

Before you start on this Mr. & Mrs. Pac Man DIY Couple Costume, be prepared to spend a little bit of time cutting the body! We used shipping tape to tape flattened boxes together, then cut out the circular shape of the outer bodies first. Then we connected the sides with box pieces to complete the side paneling. Next, we created a harness system inside to make the costume comfortable and sturdy.

Once we covered the outside with yellow fabric, we cut out the details for the eyes and Mrs. Pac Man’s bow – and tadah! Overall, the costumes took us a few days to make it, but they were well worth it!
