I started out by buying two pieces of thick red paper to cut my parrot wings out of. I bought a pack of blue, green, red, and yellow feathers to put on my skirt. I bought the same colors of felt. I bought ten pieces of each. Also I bought a pack of stretchy red cord. I bought a green tutu and a red shirt from a thrift store.
