This Cruella De Vil homemade Halloween costume was surprisingly easy! I bought the red gloves. I went to a fabric store and found the Dalmatian print, I was able to sew it into a shawl. Then I found a white feather boa and pinned it to half my head and a black wig for the other half. I wore a simple black dress, that I already owned. Then I found the pearls, cigarette holder and puppy of course!
The costume was so well received! It raised the bar indeed
