We went and got tulle from Hobby Lobby and fabric. My daughter said she wanted to be Ariel the Little Mermaid for Halloween. We Googled ideas and came up with a few. We make her a tutu like long skirt and then made her a shirt and ruffled the bottom of it. We got a little flower and glued it to the top, we also got a wig, did her makeup and made her a little “flounder” fish to go with it. Everyone absolutely loved it!
