I saw the idea for a tea bag costume on this web site. A friend made it for me for Under $20.00 with crinoline and brown fabric for the tea (leaves eventually will rot and stink).

I was the hit of the Halloween Social 2008.
I went to a second hand store and got the cup and saucer and a little tea pot and with cement glue I glued it onto a tray.

  2. I Googled it and then saved it. I blew it up using Microsoft Office, then Printed on a Lazer Jet printer. Then I glued it to Cardboard and then attached it to a piece of Twine and to the material…
