My son has Perthes and has been in a wheelchair off and on for five years. It is hard to come up with ideas when in a chair, but this homemade army tank wheelchair Halloween costume idea was the easiest one yet.

* Cardboard box painted in camo we used tan and green
* A tank lid painted
* wrapping paper tube for the gun
* Army Fatigues
* A child excited about having the coolest costume around!
