I made my zombie homemade Cruella DeVille costume as part of a themed fancy dress of horror Disney outfits. I simply wore a black dress and stockings, red gloves and fur coat.
For my hair I cut off pieces of a blonde wig, back-combed them and gripped them into my hair, then sprayed the whole lot white, I thought this looked a lot more effective than a wig (not to mention cheaper) and the fake hair colors much more easily than real hair. Make sure to backcomb the dark side too.
For the dog I cut the toy open, stuffed old stockings with the dog stuffing, then dipped that in fake blood (red food colouring plus corn/maple syrup is cheaper), and re-stuffed the dog with his entrails… pretty gross haha.
I used liquid silicone on my face, plus heaps of fake blood and white face paint, plus dark eyeshadow for my eyes. I cut holes in my stockings and rubbed fake blood on my legs, just to make it extra ghoulish! And voila, something altogether different for Halloween…
