For this DIY Despicable Me Minon Halloween costume I first started with one inch foam sheet to form top of body. I then used yellow felt to cover body. I looked out through the mouth. The goggles were formed using the same one inch foam.
Lastly, I used jean material to make pants for the bottom of the body. The two were latched together using velcro. I found white character gloves and had to spray paint them black. The shoe’s were black rubber boots. The top portion was held up with suspenders.
Total cost of the DIY Despicable Me Minon Halloween costume was less than $100.00 and all material was purchased at WalMart. Everything with hot glued except the pants and sleeves. It was fun to make and fun to wear.

You obviously have better than average talent at this sort of thing. I saw the image on a Google search and thought this was a professional costume for sale. I bet this gets a LOT of attention on Halloween.
Hello All,
Thank you for you’re wonderful comments.
For those of you who would like me to make one, well I could but it would be mildly expensive. I made this over 3 years ago and it was just my second costume. I threw it together pretty quick. If I was to sell them I would make them a lot better quality.
I would have no problem answering questions on how to make one yourself. Also, if you still really want me to make you one, we can talk.
If anyone would like to contact me please email me at jrcpueblo@gmail.com
