Coolest Homemade Stay Puft from Ghostbusters Halloween Costume

This homemade Stay Puft from Ghostbusters Halloween costume started with a pre-made inflatable costume from Kmart. We spray-painted all of it white.

The head was made by using 1/2″ soft green foam hot-glued together to create a cylinder. It was then covered with white fabric. The face was drawn on with marker and the eyes and mouth cut out. The hat and chest scarf were also handmade. The STAY PUFT letters on the hat were printed on the printer, sent through a Xyron sticker machine and then each individually cut.
