This was a fun project that my son and I worked on together. We saw the angry bird costumes for sale and he immediately goes, “Mom, you can make that better!”
We used fleece and felt and sewed the Angry Birds Couple Costume together. Using a hula hoop at the bottom of each costume so that it flared out and we wouldn’t trip. Using household items such as round cake pans of different sizes, we traced the eyes and other facial items and cut them out.
We had a great time doing this together! The Angry Birds Couple Costume was a big hit at his 3rd grade class party!
