So, I initially created this Homemade Robot Costume to use at shows and what not. However, a costume party offering 1000 bucks soon allowed me the ability to recoup my fundage on the thing. It won. My friend Ashton from “Out the Box” took it up there for me while I was at a show in Nacogdoches with my band “Rhyme University”.
Anyways, that’s the little story thus far. The project was about 150 bucks total and had materials from Lowes and Walmart. It is comprised of primarily PVC pipe, garden soaker hoses, electrical flex conduit, floor mats, buckets, football pads, paper and tape, a little kids play mask and a bicycle helmet. The lights are from Walmart and were just a snap on thing. It all sounds simple I suppose, and I guess it was. All in good fun!

Wow, dude. This by far is the most amazing robot costume ever. You must have a lot of imagination & skillz to pull that off. It looks like what I would imagine an actual working robot would probably look like. It’s a way awesome alternative to the normal, boxy robots.
