The legs and arms of my homemade robot Halloween costume are made from dyer vinyl vents, painted silver. The shoes have been duct-taped. A voice changer is hidden inside so that it sounds like a robot. A blinking light top is really a nose from a clown costume and lights are taped inside the back of the head to make a glowing effect.
So, after a lot of silver paint and duct tape, voila, we have ourselves a really cool little robot costume!
