I found this Loofah Quick Halloween Costume on this website and thought I would try it, won second place at a costume contest at a really nice place at the beach! Took about four hours to make. I had a strapless pink dress already, and bought about 40 yards of tulle at the fabric store. I cut the fabric in little strips and stapled them all over my dress. I bought a wooden flat duck and superglued it to the front of the dress.
I then took the left over fabric and tied it into a bow on my head band, then glued a rubber duck stick onto the top of the bow. I also bought bubble stickers and stuck them on my arms and face. I topped it off with a 5 dollar piece of rope from Home Depot and bam!
An awesome costume and 150 bucks in my pocket from my winnings!
