Pretty Homemade Jellyfish Costume

My Homemade Jellyfish Costume was made with metallic fabrics, pearls, jewels, and feathers. It also included LED lights that lit up on the inside of the Umbrella. Matched with a silver, sparkly outfit and elaborate, shimmering makeup.
