My boyfriend had this Homemade Ultimate Warrior Halloween Costume Idea in honor of his favorite wrestler of the past the Ultimate Warrior.
The tassels on his arms and legs were cut from fabric bought at a local fabric shop. The green face paint, speedo thing, and green tassels all glow in a black light.
We went out in Salem MA and could barely walk 5 feet without people stopping us for pictures with him and of him. He spent hours researching and perfecting this costume! He did all of the face paint by himself and had to shave his legs for the costume.
