My friend wanted her son to be Prince for Halloween and asked me to come up with something for her. I went to the Salvation Army army and found a pair of purple XL PJ pants made from velvet that were perfect for the jacket! I went home and cut it up and hot glued it onto a silky blouse. I took an old shirt and glued on some white tulle as the fluffy part. I made a necktie from tulle and that’s it!
The Prince costume cost me about $4.00 to make it and took about 4 hours to make.
