Kermit’s head was cut out of 1/2” cushion foam. I took an old hat apart and traced one of the panels on the foam 6 times to create the “hat”. Covered it in an old fabric I cut from my wife’s vintage hoody. Green felt to cover the head and added the red felt for the mouth. Miss Piggy’s ears were cut from same foam and covered with felt. We then cut some wire and wrapped it around a head band and pierce the ears in and glued! It was a bit time consuming but worth it! I could not find a Kermit head anywhere!
