My 2yr old wanted to be Foofa for Halloween so I went out and bought an oversized pair of sweats, top and bottom. I used the top to make the long torso, adding elastic to the bottom so it would poof out, and the sleeves were for the hat and shoe covers. I used felt for the flower, pieces of the face, and the petals around her neck. Underneath she wore a pink body suit and we were done!
