My husband and I decided to dress up as Effie Trinket and Seneca Crane from the “Hunger Games”. For Effie Trinket I used very pale white makeup, pink false eyelashes, pink eye-shadow with blue lipstick in the shape of a heart. I bought a white afro wig and bought a big red flower to stick in my hair. For my clothes I tried to copy what she wore in the hunger games when pulling out the names out of a jar. I found my clothes at a thrift store. For Seneca Crane we slicked my husband’s hair back like his in the movie. He cut his beard exactly the same way that Seneca had in the movie. We found his clothes also at a thrift store.
This costume was so much fun to do and we got a TON of complements. Our caption was Happy Halloween and May the Odds be Ever in Your Favor!
