Cute Homemade Colonial Sanders and Chicken Children Costume

I’m not really sure how I came up with this -I just randomly thought of it and decided to go with it. The Colonial sanders costume was simple too make – self explanatory. The chicken was a little harder; I had to attach a feather boa to a white onsie. It literally looked like I plucked a chicken in my living room!

The costumes were a HIT! They were entered in the local costume contest – with a few HUNDRED other kids. Both won 1st place in their age group. And then Colonial Sanders won “Best over all”!

By the way Colonial Sanders used a KFC bucket to trick-or-treat.
