As it was my 1st ever Halloween in the US, I decided to go all out. I had been dating my girlfriend for over 4 years but it was hard to go home after the summer and miss her for months at a time. At the end of last summer we decided to get married. We thought of going as a zombie bride and groom but I’ve always loved Lego so I thought why not. I looked on line and found a few designs but with no instructions. So it was made up as I was making it.
I used sonic tubes (concrete foundation tubes) for the heads and I cut smaller ones in half for the hands and taped them together with yellow duck tape. I used pan scrubbers for the brides hair and draw rubber mess for the moth so we could see though. I used white plastic sticky paper for the bride and black spay paint for the groom. I spayed little pieces red and silver and cut them out to make the cumber band and packet and the silver patterns on the dress. The dress was held up by 2 bungy cords crossed over the shoulders and the legs were held up with bracers. Walking in the dress was a little difficult but the groom was OK (had to watch out for low callings). Can’t wait till this year Wall-e and Eve…
