An easy fun way to use balloons for a costume! Jelly Belly jelly beans! Clear plastic garbage bag, cut a hole in bottom for the legs and also arms slots. I went with the smaller balloons from Iparty. They look more like the real deal.
Fill up the bag and tie carefully around neck with ribbon of choice! We went with the kids mix version. You can either print out the logo but I made mine from colored construction paper! Final touch was rosy red cheeks and pigtails with bows!
A lot of fun, a lot of laughs and pageant winner with this! Easy costume and under 20 $
