Original Homemade Cruella Deville Halloween Costume

I bought a plain black dress, stuffed Dalmatian toy, and red heels from the local thrift store for this Cruella Deville Halloween costume. I found the Dalmatian fabric at a local craft store. I used the fabric to sew Dalmatian straps and a border on the plain black dress. I then used the fabric and a white sheet to make the cape. I sprayed my hair with black and white spray and gave myself high black eyebrows and red lipstick to finish it off.
