Cool Homemade My Little Pony Queen Chrysalis Costume

My daughter loves My Little Pony and she wanted to be the dark Queen Chrysalis.  This costume is based upon cartoon renditions of Queen Chrysalis.  The corset is fully lined and boned with steel coil.  The steel coil allowed for me to make channels in the back to slide in the PVC pipe wings. The corset laces closed in the front with silver gromets.  The wings are easliy removed for transport.  I used the two coordinating organzas layered to allow for cut out shapts.  The underskirt is made with steel hoop skirt wire and the overskirt is a lightweight black lining.
