Saw this Blue Hawaiian Cupcake costume on Pinterest..and had to figure out a way to make it into a costume! Used rubber hose, stuffing and lots and lots of tulle. Made sure to make it large enough to put around my chair so I could work during the day. I love my hot glue gun!!
