Tapers stilts help you stand about 7.5 feet tall, an old fur coat or similar around chicken wire makes for a great ostrich body, split an old pair of pants and drape the legs, pin shoes. And keep your balance to become an ostrich jockey.

We had a halloween theme party that year and it was “Red Carpet”. I went as the National Enquirer. I just got a board and then put stupid stuff on it like ” Two headed woman gives birth”, ect.
For my bubble bath costume I spent maybe $8 on the tub and some balloons, a scrub brush and a shower cap. I got everything from the dollar store. I hot glued my kids’ toys and the washrag, cotton balls, little soaps and shampoos I had at home. Total Spent: $5
