I had the great idea to make my son, the infamous Captain Spaulding from the famous Rob Zombie`s films, House of 1000 Corpses and The Devils Rejects.
I made his entire costume myself. I bought white clothes and sprayed them with fabric paint to put the design on there. I made his hat out of toilet paper rolls and construction paper then I glued a clip on so it would stay on his hair. I painted a pair of white shoes, red. And I did his hair and make up. Everyone loves this costume!
Rob Zombie himself shared a picture of my son in his costume on his personal Instagram. He has had over 3000 shares on Facebook and 40000 likes and that’s just from what I have seen.
I think he is the first kid to be dressed up as the clown Captain Spaulding because I looked all over the internet and could not find one.
