This Cher Costume from Turn Back Time Video was pretty easy to piece together. I got the wig and fish net thigh high stockings at a local costume shop. Luckily 80’s inspired boots are in style now so I actually had a pair I got last year that worked perfectly. I got a faux leather jacket from Burlington Coat Factory. I found the leotard at Walmart. I got a long necklace to use as the belly chain to complete the outfit.
