This is a Homemade Mr. Krabs Costume. The frame is made of 15 foam pipe covers and hot glued together. Fabric is also hot glued and took maybe 12 to 15 hours to make and cost around 25 dollars to make.
This Homemade Patrick Star Unique Halloween Costume Idea is made from 2 hula hoops and 12 pieces of pipe foam, 2 strainers and green and pink fabric and hot glue and paper thin cardboard. It took about 12 hrs to make.
