I made this Olivia Octopus Pantomime Dame Costume by cutting out a pattern from a cereal box to cut the 8 legs. Her eyes are made of rolled out clay and painted.
The top was a T shirt from a charity shop and I simply added a big puffed out skirt with netting underneath it. I added all the little Octopus by hand and padded out the Mop Cap before adding on all the legs.
