I saw this gumball machine costume here and had no idea how to do it. My sister in law helped me using a skirt pattern for both parts of the costume. I recommend using the thinnest vinyl. The gumballs are balloons.

My costume is a grandfather clock. I dressed as a grand father compete with grey wig, pyjama pants, a shirt and tie, a fleece waist cost and I had a walking stick. I painted my face white and wrote roman numerals to represent the clock. I also drew a mustache.
