Coolest Stock Market Homemade Halloween Costume

I wanted to make a unique costume to incorporate something about current events. So, this is my version of a Stock Market Homemade Halloween Costume.

I bought a cheap black dress at Target. I bought some felt in red, green, yellow and orange for the arrow and “tickers”. I sewed a bright red downward-pointing arrow on the dress and on the bottom of the dress I sewed 3 strips of “tickers”. I wrote ticker symbols on them and then interlaced blinking lights attached to a battery pack. (My mom used to make Christmas tree sweatshirts for us and the Christmas tree always had blinking lights on it. That’s where I got the idea to include lights.)
