I used flannel mens shirts to create the tops. I fitted my pups and cut off the excess and hemmed the edges. The rest is custom made from fabric. I found the plastic tools at dollar general. The hat is a dog cowboy hat from Walmart. I cut off the edges and put part of a styrofoam cup on it then painted it yellow.
