Cool DIY Animal from Muppets Costume

I made the head from paper mache, felt, cardboard, mountains of yarn, plastic, foam a hard hat, and lots of hot glue! I fashioned his outfit from thrifted and recycled materials. We used foam tubing to cut each link in his chain then used silver spray paint to make them look like a real chain.

This costume took about a week to complete. He was a big hit as Animal and was chased around by people so they could get their pictures taken with him. It’s one of his favorites as well.
