When your name is Wendy and you have natural red hair there is really only one costume option for you! I’ve been wanting to create this costume for a long time, but I needed the right accomplices.
It all started when I saw the blue striped, puffy sleeve blouse for sale at The Gap. After that the costume came together easily. The hamburger and fries are felt with stuffing and I used my handy glue gun to attach everything. The apron is from a maid’s costume and I ironed on the Wendy’s logo.
I wove pipe cleaners into my braids to make them curl up and added freckles. The hair color is my own DNA and the name is on my birth certificate.
