The eyes really moved! (though not very well). Just used camping mats rolled up and painted Styrofoam cap covered with standard drywall spackle and sanded and painted.
Eyes are made from HomeDepot Plumbing PVC Pipe connectors. Eyeballs were from Styrofoam balls from Jo-Anne’s fabrics, with threaded rods stuck into them for movement! Eye lenses were just printed out on color printer and glued on.
