For Halloween my 6yr old wanted to be an army soldier/deception transformer. Whew!!! it was a task, but I did it. So I spruced it up with some flavor. I made him a soldier and a tank. With a little imagination I got some boxes, all sizes. I cut a man hole on top for him to go up and down . Then I cut the bottom box with flaps off. I made my 2 tank shapes with the larger boxes, taped and glued them to each side of box.
For the gun, I used a trash bag box. I made a hole on one side – large enough for a poster tube to go inside, secure with tape and glue to the front of the man hole. Then use round cardboard cake spacers for the wheels, secured with fasteners. I then chose a base spray paint color and let it dry. Then sponge 3 colors for the camo look, add some finishing touches VOILA!! YOUR DONE! Wow! That was fun can’t wait for next year.
This so cute! Good job, good work.
