I made the face out of hard felt, sunglasses, hot glued behind it lenses covered with white paper and just small hole to see through as the eyes. The body is inside out sweat pants with felt tail sewed on and turtle neck I dyed to match pants with sewed yellow felt belly. The boots are fishing boots with red soccer socks over the outside. The head cover is blue leggings I sewed to make like a ski mask and a cut visor (the brim cut like the 3 hairs) and felt ears attached.
