Coolest Captain America Woman’s Costume

This Captain America Woman’s Costume is a female version of the superhero Captain America, very easy to make and looks great!

Started with an old red corset and sewed strips of white material down it to create the stripes. Sewed shiny blue material around the top of the corset and ruched in the centre. Using same blue material fashioned a simple skirt by measuring to correct size and sewing an elasticated waistband around to make it easy to get on and off. (Don’t worry if it isn’t perfect it sits under the corset anyway).

Star cut out of card and safety pinned to corset. Shield made from different coloured card and fastened with two loops to fit over arm.

Finish outfit with optional socks, gloves and headband and voila a simple yet stylish Captain America costume.
