Coolest Dr. Teeth and the Electric Mayhem Band Group Costume

This Dr. Teeth and the Electric Mayhem Band Group Costume was a blast. We started by putting plastic bags over two ski-doo helmets and two large balloons. We paper-mached over them a few times to make them strong. Then applied various ridges etc. and continued to paper- mache over and over again til the forming was right.

Drying time was very long for these, at least 24 hours between coats. After drying was complete, we cut-off the helmets and balloons. Face holes were covered with a sheer fabric. Material was glued on and the accessories added. Feather boas worked wonders.

All clothes were from Value Village etc. The instruments were all layers of cardboard, cut and painted or covered with material… The sax was a long slender balloon and a beer cup covered with foil.
