Coolest Easy to Make Jessie from Toy Story Costume

My daughter Aleah who is 4 years old wanted to be Jessie from Toy Story but could find no costume at Walmart or Target. So I said, baby, I am going to make you a Homemade Easy to Make Jessie from Toy Story Costume from the oddballs like ribbon on her hat, hat from the thrift store, tablecloth as her vest and permenant marker for the red swirls. In the end I think I hit a home run and all for under 15 dollars! You go Cowgirl!!!
