I made this Homemade Female Edward Scissorhands Costume myself. For the vest I bought a bunch of old belts from the thrift store which I cut up and glued on overlapping. For the hands, I purchased Freddy Kreuger claws from the dollar store, which I deconstructed, and glued onto some black gloves. For the scissor handles, I bought safety scissors, broke the handles off, spray painted them black and glued them onto the claws. I made a choker by attaching safety pins to a black piece of fabric. I made a small belt in the same way.
On the bottom I wore black shiny leggings, with pieces of leftover belt safety pinned on in places, and high black buckled leather boots. I teased my hair, pinning it up in a messy way with one side hanging down, and applied black lipgloss to the center of my lips.
