We decided to make the Pebbles & Bam Bam costume because we had purchased the Fred & Wilma costumes and what better way to finish off but with Pebbles & Bam Bam. The only things I had to purchase was the leopard print material and the white felt for the bone. The bat we already had. All we did for Bam Bam was make a skirt with elastic around the waist and cut a jagged edge on the end. Finished it off with the sash across the chest, very very easy to do.
As for Pebbles, we made a small dress top and made the bone out of white felt. I glued the bone to a hair clip so it would stay in her hair and put brown straps across the bone so it looked like it was tied into her hair. We got the most compliments on her bone. And they both didn’t mind being barefoot like a true Flintstones.
Total cost for this Homemade Flintstone Costume was under $10.
