Coolest GEICO Money Eyes Costume

Every year my job has a costume contest to see who can be the most creative. I kept seeing the GEICO eyes on commercials and decided to try a Homemade GEICO Money Eyes Costume. So I got a rectangular box from work. I scanned fake money onto my computer and printed out sixteen large copies (size 18” X 24”) on a big plotter at my job. I attached one copy to the top of the box with spray adhesive.

For the sides, I folded the other copies back and forth like a fan and attached them to the sides of the box with spray adhesive. Because I folded them, it looks like a stack of money. Then I used blue construction paper to make the blue wrapper in the middle. The eyes are made of paper plates and black circles made from construction paper. I set a small box behind each eye to prop them up. I cut a hole in the bottom of the box big enough for my head and made small slits for me to see out of.

Then it was done! “I always feel like somebody’s watching me!!!” lol
