Coolest Harry Potter Gang Costume

Every year my sisters and I go Halloween crazy!! We never try and be hot, half the time we dress up like boys, but we go all out! For last year’s theme, we went in a Harry Potter gang costume. We bought little boys’ sweaters from Walmart and cut letters out of felt for our letters (some glue gun burns were unfortunate). We made our ties with ribbons.

My one sister was the owl, Hedwig. She spent hours pinning feathers in her hair and made the mask she wore. My boyfriend stepped up last minute to be Lord Voldemort. We hair sprayed baby powder on his whole head and then stuck a stocking over his face to squish his nose. And he wore one of my silk robes. My hair is longer so we pinned it all underneath to get the classic Harry Potter messy do. We obviously cast spells on everyone at the Halloween dance and had a blast!
