My son came up with this Head on Platter Homemade Halloween Costume and it was really easy to make. He wanted to be something scary, but didn’t want to buy a costume that everyone else has.
We started with a large sheet of foam core for the table top and cut a hole in the center for his head. Next, we draped a Halloween table cloth over it and cut out the neck hole. He made a platter out of the lid of a disposable foil pan, cut a neck hole and placed that over the table cloth ( it would look even better with a plastic silver tray).
We used makeup to make his face pale, gave him sunken eyes with some dark grey eyeshadow underneath, and added some fake blood to his neck where it had been “sliced”. We found a large foam knife and glued that to the tablecloth. It took less than 20 minutes to create this look, but he was the hit of the party.
This is a really good idea thanks.what would you call his costume dracula what
