I decided to be Avatar because it was such a HOT movie and I knew alot of people saw it. I didn’t want to buy the costume itself because it looks just plain store bought. I wanted to be original. I spent about $25 in putting everything together. I bought blue tights, a blue tank top, and paint to paint the strips and also myself. Oh and I got a cat snout and ears, and spray painted those with my brother’s car spray paint. Everything else I found laying around my house. The necklace I stuck literally anything on there, coins, feathers, even earrings. I happened to have some blue shoes already so that was perfect for my Homemade Avatar Costume.
