This year my friends and I decided to have a costume themed New Years Eve Party. Everyone was required to come as “something newsworthy of 2009″ – it’s an easy and creative way for everyone to have fun and re-visit past moments of the year. A lot of people got pretty creative, but I have to say that I was extremely proud of my homemade Avatar costume – portraying myself as the native Pandora humaniod -a Na’vi.
I copied James Cameron’s animated character as best as I could (though I am about 5′ 6”, not 9ft) from seeing the movie twice in theaters. I also helped my guy friend to be one with me. I thought these came out pretty cool – and I wanted to share them with everyone. Thanks!
