I got the idea for this costume in July when browsing the prom dress clearance at Dillards, and I got the jewelry and shoes on mega clearance there are well. The clip on ponytail came from Sally Beauty Supply. The fact that the items in the costume were intended to be worn for prom gave the Barbie look its “dream.” But seriously folks, those Nina shoes cost me five bucks. Summer clearance rocks if you can plan that far in advance.
