As a kid I had a Barbie makeup head that I loved to play with and my daughter just loves Barbie’s so I thought it would be fun to bring the Barbie makeup head to life.
To make the tray for the makeup I took a large cardboard box and cut it to the size I needed. Then I measured my daughter’s head and shoulder lengths to get the size hole I needed to get the tray to go over her head. I then hot glued the pink plastic table cloth to the cardboard. I then took some old makeup, brushes and hot glued them to the tray.
To finish up the costume I got a blonde wig for her and she wore a pretty dress from Easter and dress shoes and I put some heavy makeup on her face to look like a little girl had been playing with the Barbie makeup head.
